From the day your Aura Mask arrives, you have a full 30 days to decide if it's right for you. If it isn't, simply reach out and we'll take care of you.

How to start a return
Starting a return is simple:
1. Email us at support@healingcircleskin.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and a brief note about what didn't work for you.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with your return instructions.
3. Once your return is received at our US returns center, we'll process your refund within 24 hours.
4. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
The small print (the honest bits)
We want to be completely upfront:
Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, refunds are no longer available.
Return address: Returns are handled through our US returns center, no need to ship internationally. Once you contact us, we'll send you the exact address and instructions. This lets us verify each return and prevent shipping mix-ups.
Condition: Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible. We understand life happens, light wear is fine.
Return shipping: For standard returns, customers cover return shipping. If your Aura Mask arrived damaged or faulty, we'll cover everything, just send us a quick photo.
Faulty or damaged items: If your Aura Mask arrives damaged or doesn't power on, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement immediately, no return required.
Refund method: All refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Sale items: Items purchased during promotional events are eligible for return under the same terms.
Order cancellations: If you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order, we can usually cancel it before it ships.
Fair use: Our Glow Guarantee covers one refund per customer. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or abuse of this policy.
