Haven't received your tracking email? Check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Email us at support@healingcircleskin.com and we'll send it straight to you.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
We want every Aura Mask to arrive in perfect condition. If anything goes wrong:
Package arrives damaged? Email us within 7 days with a photo of the damage and we'll sort it immediately with a free replacement.
Tracking shows delivered but you don't have it? Check with neighbors and your building first, then contact us within 7 days of the "delivered" date and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Package genuinely lost in transit? We've got you. We'll either send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Delays Outside Our Control
Occasionally, carriers experience delays due to weather, holidays, or high volume periods. While we do everything we can to ensure on-time delivery, we can't be held responsible for delays once your package is with the shipping carrier. Rest assured, we'll always help you track it down.
Occasionally, US orders may be subject to import duties or customs fees at the discretion of the carrier. Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient. While most orders clear customs without issue, we recommend being aware of this possibility, especially during periods of changing US import regulations.
